Declaration of conformity with the GPSR Regulation

Our company declares full compliance with Regulation (EU) No 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council on General Product Safety (GPSR). For the sake of our customers' safety and compliance with EU regulations, we undertake extensive monitoring, control and response to product risks.

I. Ensuring product safety

• Product safety policy: Every product offered in our shop is carefully checked to ensure that it complies with the safety standards of the European Union. We only work with manufacturers and suppliers who provide certificates and reports confirming product compliance with GPSR requirements.
• Certificates of conformity: Each product safety information and confirmation of compliance with relevant standards.

II. Communication of risks

• Consumer education: We provide information on the correct use of products in information materials.
• Warning messages: If any product dangers are detected, customers are informed via email or SMS messages and messages on our website. We also provide detailed instructions on how to return and exchange such products.

III. Rapid response to threats

• Dedicated safety team: We have designated a team responsible for overseeing product safety monitoring and emergency response.
• Product recall procedures: We have implemented a detailed product recall process that includes:
  • immediate removal of the product from the online and in-store offer,
  • alerting customers to potential risks,
  • a refund of the purchase price or replacement with a safe equivalent.
• Cooperation with supervisory authorities: If necessary, we immediately inform the relevant authorities of problems and cooperate to resolve the situation.

IV. Market monitoring

• Analysis of feedback and reports: We regularly analyse our customers' feedback and product safety data available in public registers.
• Notification of non-compliance: All detected cases of non-compliance of products with standards are recorded and reported to the competent EU authorities.
• Threat reporting: Customers can inform us of product safety issues using the form available on the website or by email/phone.

V. Adaptation to local EU regulations

• Monitoring changes in legislation: We regularly follow changes in EU and national legislation, adapting our procedures and requirements for suppliers.
• Product certification: The materials we purchase from external manufacturers are certified.

VI. Additional support measures

• Staff training: We regularly provide training for staff on GPSR regulations, safety procedures and the handling of consumer requests.
• External audit: We work with independent auditors to verify our compliance with GPSR.
• Sustainability policy: We are committed to offering safe and environmentally friendly products, taking into account sustainability and eco-friendly packaging.

VII. Recording and archiving

• Incident log: We document every consumer report of product problems and all actions taken in relation to potential risks.
• Data security: We store data in a way that complies with the RODO, ensuring the security of customer and business partner information.
