The aim of the project is to increase the potential and innovation of AVA Ltd. in the field of business management and the use of design in the company mainly through the introduction of a new line of sports bras into production.
Results of project implementation:
- implementing a product innovation in the form of a new line of sports bras made from environmentally friendly fabrics, taking into account the entire life cycle of the product - from the selection of fabrics for the collection to the disposal of the used product,
- developing product design within the company,
- creating a coherent product concept within the company,
- increasing the technological capabilities of the company,
- developing new models for design activities within the company,
- sorting out current marketing activities and visual communications, and developing new ones.

The project concerns support for the business entity in terms of ensuring financial fluidity and support for current activities in connection with financial difficulties that occurred as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The aim of the project is to reduce the energy used for production processes by launching its own photovoltaic installation.
The planned effects of the project are:
- an increase in the amount of energy produced by the sun,
- a reduction in annual expenses for the acquisition of electricity.

The result of the project will be a change in the company's production processes, an increase in sales revenue, innovation, and improved contact with contractors.
